At CPS the children are provided with the opportunity to learn a musical instrument.
Year 2 and 3 children learn to play the recorder
Year 4 and 5 children learn to play either the clarinet, trombone or trumpet.
The music provision is provided through an external company Hounslow Music Service.
The children are able to take the instrument home to continue with their musical learning, however a consent form will need to be signed. Please speak to your class teacher if you wish your child to take their instrument home.
If your child does take their instrument home it is vital that they bring the instruments back to school every week for their lessons.
